Three Michelin Star Restaurant in the Black Forest 22-Feb-2019
This visit was inspired by an article that appeared in the New York times on April 4, 2013, entitled: “One Tiny German Town, Seven Big Michelin Stars” by Nicholas Kulish. We were staying in Strasbourg for the holidays, so naturally, our trip planning included an adventure into The Black Forest to one of the restaurants mentioned in the article: Bareiss. The three star gem delivered. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, three hours into the future, it was a blur of flavors and parings we’ve never imagined.
