Welcome to the new Tom and Francis restaurant list. I’ve put in all of the previous list items, omitting places that have since closed, or that are no longer rank on this listing.

What restaurants make this list? Well, all of them have a combination of food, service, and atmosphere that adds up to a win. Where some are lacking in one of these three areas, it means the other areas make up for it.

Most restaurants don’t need a reservation. However, there may be lines. Most are kid-friendly.
