Two Michelin Star Restaurant in Northern Alsace 28-Feb-2019
When we told friends we were traveling to Strasbourg for the holidays, at least two of them mentioned Au Cheval Blanc (“White Horse”). Just an hour North of Strasbourg, this was an easy trip on a brisk Christmas Eve. I don’t think it has any Michelin stars, but it deserves three, in our opinion. And to cap off a stunning meal, as we were walking out to the parking lot, we befriended a German couple that had been going here for 30 years – for their anniversary. Hmmm – maybe we’ll make it a tradition too. Here’s the Christmas Eve Menu:
